We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from the heart of our recruiting team: Crystal Rehling has been promoted to Lead Technical Recruiter for the Central region!
Crystal joined Tier4 Group nearly two years ago and quickly made her mark as a trusted teammate, standout recruiter, and leader in the making. In her new role, Crystal will take the lead on job assignments, CST AM calls, mentorship for new recruiters, and key technology initiatives—bringing her signature energy and insight to every aspect of our Central operations.
A Natural Leader and Culture Champion
It’s no surprise that Crystal’s leadership journey is gaining momentum. From day one, she’s been someone others naturally gravitate toward—known for her positivity, drive, and relationship-first approach. Her impact has been felt across the Central region and beyond, with influence reaching deep into DFW and the Midwest. Her contagious smile and energy have earned her the nickname “Sunshine” from the rest of the team. When her promotion was announced, it came as no surprise.

Crystal’s excellence hasn’t gone unnoticed. She was proudly named the 2024 Rookie of the Year, a recognition voted on by her teammates. She was also recognized as Teammate of the Year, an honor that speaks to her kindness and care for others. Her dedication to collaboration, mentorship, and consistent results has made her a key driver of Tier4’s success and culture.
As she celebrates her two-year anniversary with Tier4 Group next month, we can’t think of a better way to recognize Crystal’s journey and contributions than this well-earned promotion.
