Our Trusted Advisors will work with the CIO/IT leader and leadership team to standardize and consolidate technologies and platforms to ensure IT is ready to ably service the business as it begins its transformation.

Gold Membership:
Includes all services from the Silver membership level and is geared toward the CIO or IT leader who is proactively implementing technology solutions enabling business agility but needs guidance to ensure the right mix of solutions are properly integrated and ready for faster change to come. It provides the CIO and IT leadership with more in-depth advice and guidance on as many as four major programs and workshops designed to ensure success. In addition to scheduled monthly calls and two prearranged advisory sessions, our Trusted Advisors are available for five ad-hoc calls per month.

Platinum Membership:
Includes all services from Silver and Gold membership levels and is geared toward the CIO or IT leader and leadership team who are being asked to collaborate with business executives on digital transformation. This includes the need to drive change through people as well as enabling technologies and typically includes a large number of key initiatives such as Cloud Computing, Big Data and Analytics, IoT, Service Management and more.
Our Trusted Advisors will work with the CIO and leadership team over the course of the year to ensure sound strategies are in place and key programs stay on track and are managed according to best practices. In addition to planned workshops, key initiative sessions and scheduled calls, a dedicated executive is always available for ad-hoc calls as needs arise.
