From sourcing top tech talent to planning pickleball tournaments, Kelly Ruane brings a dynamic mix of recruiting skills and team spirit to her role at Tier4 Group.
As a Technical Sourcer & Recruiter, Kelly focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates, building strong pipelines, and connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities. Her curiosity, determination, and people-first mindset make her a natural at finding talent and developing relationships.
Before finding her stride in recruiting, Kelly worked in sales roles at Enterprise and State Farm after kicking things off behind the bar as a bartender. She transitioned into recruiting at Soliant before finding her home at Tier4 Group, where she’s grown professionally and personally.
“Tier4 Group took a chance on an entry-level recruiter with no IT experience,” said Kelly. “They trained me, supported me, and treated me like a person first. I have grown so much professionally because of them, and I am very grateful to be part of the dream team!”
This past year, Kelly celebrated earning her spot in the President’s Club, contributed to big wins on the Retained. side of the business, and continues to build momentum for an even stronger 2026.
Beyond sourcing and recruiting, Kelly also plays a big role in shaping our internal culture as Co-Chair of the Happiness Committee, planning everything from birthdays and baby showers to team outings and holiday celebrations. Her passion for bringing people together shines just as brightly as her work with candidates.
And when she’s not recruiting or building community at Tier4 Group, you’ll find Kelly coaching Men’s and Women’s Varsity Tennis, baking something sweet, or relaxing at the beach or Disney with her friends and family by her side.
