Our client, a leading SaaS platform that enables the digital workplace to be more productive, efficient, and secure, is hiring a full-time Site Reliability Engineer (Build/Release).

You will automate release pipelines, drive improvements in the release process, and build tools to improve visibility and efficiency in release delivery. Work with a small team and have the "start-up feel" while also having a real work/life balance! Will consider remote candidates (US based).

Requirements

Strong understanding of development systems, especially Git and Jenkins
Working knowledge of build tools like Maven and Gradle
Experience in container orchestration systems (Kubernetes)
Proficient in a major programming language (Python, Java)
Experience in Linux system administration
Experience with infrastructure automation with Chef and Terraform

Responsibilities

Effectively operate tools for code deployments, version control, and automated testing.
Ensure reliability and efficiency of all infrastructure related to testing, packaging, and deployments
Solve problems and think critically daily
Communicate clearly, in writing and via remote meetings, highly technical information in terms that can be understood by those in various departments and roles.
Be team oriented yet autonomous
Able to take direction, as well as initiative
