Customer Experience Director Direct Hire Atlanta, GA Tier4 Group has been
retained by our client to hire a Customer Experience Leader. Due to
significant revenue growth over the past 5 years, which has also resulted in an
expanded geographic footprint and customer base, our client desires to bring in
a leader focused on the customer and sales experience. This is a newly
created role and team. The Customer Experience
leader will drive results across all departments and regions and help define
what the company should be measuring and implementing to drive customer and
sales satisfaction in a completely new and different way. The focus is not
simply on providing a better experience than the competition, but to provide
the best customer experience imaginable in the industry – akin to flying first
class on the best airline or staying at a five star resort. Every part of
the customer experience should feel special, faultless, and unlike any
experience a customer in this industry has ever seen. Requirements: · Building customer experience/ white glove service
teams from scratch or revamping an existing team. · Experience building teams in a customer focused
industry (hospitality, retail, services, goods, etc.) that serves tens of thousands
of customers. · Insurance experience a plus, but not required. · Process improvement/strategic road mapping · Create and maintain personalized interactions
