Tier4 Group is assisting a large financial services company in hiring a Technical Delivery Lead to work on transforming legacy back-end systems for 3 different product lines. (Industry experience not required) Back-end systems to include: Rules Engines, APIs, Forms, Business Process Reengineering

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Create and articulate the vision for a deeply integrated and consistent, joined up, end-to-end experience for our customers. This requires an understanding of the application process, integration front-end interfaces down to back-end systems of record.
Define business objectives and connect features to those objectives to discipline the approach and ensure solutions delivers concrete, high business value over time.
Strong experience in gathering requirements
Must be able to manage a strategic roadmap for these back-end systems as well as manage the product backlog

Responsibilities:

The Delivery Lead will own, manage, and have responsibility for the day-to-day running of these industry specific applications

You will work directly with Engineering, UX, QA and other stakeholders as needed.
Create, communicate, and maintain an integrated product roadmap
Coordinating activities between internal, vendor, quantifying pre-integration work, and defining what collaboration will be necessary to work through the road map
You must be strong technically and able to function in an Agile product team.
Experience documenting user stories, refining the product backlog and working directly with the agile Scrum development team to implement high priority backlog features based on the product roadmap.
Work towards championing a product vision across the organization
