Attorney Document Reviewer - Remote/Work From Home (USA)

We are actively staffing a special project with our tech industry client with multiple openings for Attorney Document Reviewers. 


  • Work from home
  • 3-4 months contract
  • Must be currently licensed in the United States
  • GC or USC status only 
  • Must be available within 2 weeks of an offer


Responsibility:

The position involves reviewing and analyzing documents and contracts, and possibly performing contract review, in accordance with client specifications. The reviewer will perform review of complex litigation documents quickly and accurately with high productivity, attention to detail, and accuracy while assisting the team in meeting project deadlines.


Essential Skills and Experience:

·         Performs first level review and quality control of documents

·         Codes documents in accordance with project guidelines and Project Manager feedback

·         Ability to read and understand complex documents based on guidance in review protocol

·         Must be well organized with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·         Maintains confidentiality of all organization and client information

·         Strong communication and writing skills

·         Ability to follow detailed instructions and following review protocols

·         Ability to effectively communicate questions.

·         Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures on projects

·         Bill clients for all managed review time and ensure that managed review team is doing the same for your assigned matters. 

·         Assist on unassigned projects when requested by supervisors or peers.

·         Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline driven situations ensuring the delivery of quality work product within established time frames.

·         Apply analytical skills and leverage existing methodologies to various client situations and practice disciplines to meet shifting client needs.

Actively licensed U.S. attorney


Desirable Work Experience, Qualifications, Skills

·         Certified Insight User

·         Certified Axcelerate User

·         Previous document review experience

·         Working knowledge of litigation lifecycle, EDRM, litigation document review and workflows, complex searches related to litigation, Technology Assisted Review and Continuous Active Learning

·         Litigation background
