ServiceNow Designer (REMOTE)
Our client, a large hospital system with a growing technology team, is adding a ServiceNow resource to their Infrastructure team who will help the organization progress with their ServiceNow instance.
closely with I.T. management assisting with: designing, building, testing,
training, implementing, evaluating and maintaining software ServiceNow and
other Service Center software tools.
the first line of defense for service/support requests and escalates to
I.T. management as needed.
front line support during go-lives and implementations.
have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, front end
development, HTML, and other coding.
have experience using ServiceNow (prefer Madrid, Orlando or New York).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
