Position Overview:


We're seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to lead our client's SAP Commerce (Hybris) team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our ecommerce platform. From designing and developing to maintaining and monitoring, you'll play a crucial role in delivering quality enhancements to our platform while providing technical guidance to our development team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners on projects, application support, and development efforts.
  • Design, test, implement, upgrade, and sustain large-scale business applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Analyze technical processes, identify areas for improvement, and create specifications for enhancements.
  • Work closely with SAP to monitor the platform and address incidents promptly.
  • Draft and revise technical plans, coordinate efforts with other teams, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of programming and software development experience.
  • 3+ years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) development, implementation, and support experience.
  • Proficiency with SAP CCV2 and end-to-end B2C and B2B commerce implementations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This role is open to remote but prefers someone who can go onsite 3+ days a week.
