4 Month Contract located in the Battery/Truist Park area

Our growing manufacturing customer is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in the Cumberland/Atlanta to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal staff through remote and phone interactions across North America.

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

Soft skills:

  • Strong customer service and the ability to communicate with all levels of computer users from entry level to executive level
  • Takes ownership of assigned issues, works until resolution is complete (resources are available for help, as well as Tier 3 escalation)
  • Experience with an enterprise ticketing system

Technical skills:

  • Desktop and laptop hardware support (ability to diagnose hardware issues over phone)
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, ability to add users to appropriate groups
  • iPad support – managed via inTune
  • Strong Windows 10 and O365 troubleshooting skills, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams support experience
  • Printer troubleshooting (knowledge of driver installation, clearing print jobs).
  • Application Software support (included but not limited to JD Edwards, MS MFA assistance, browser based application troubleshooting)
  • Ability to install applications, account creation, grant permissions in a windows environment
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software systems issues
  • Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of End User Technology hardware, OS and software
  • Assist in escalating issues to appropriate teams while ensure prioritization and resulting resolutions meet the needs of the company
  • Serve as a point of contact for all company applications, laptop, and printer user issues
  • Ideally 3-5 years’ experience
