eCommerce Product Owner

Dallas, TX

Our Dallas based tech client is looking to bring on a full-time Senior eCommerce Product owner to there growing team! You will be responsible for developing the customer portal and interfacing all customer management system’s requirements. 

You will work closely with the development teams to enhance and simplify the overall customer experience with the goal of driving more revenue to our clients platform.

You will be primarily focused on improving customer systems and process with an assigned scrum teams but may perform the role for other related teams as time permits. 

What we are looking for:

·        Product, technical or administrative experience creating and developing strong customer experience journeys in mobile and web customer applications 

·        Experience working with modern mobile consumer-facing digital technologies, Content Management Systems (CMS), cloud-based solutions, e-commerce platforms, or other systems

·        Technical experience with service portal, subscription portal, eCommerce, customer service, or other related systems

·        Experience working using agile methodologies in product development

·        Experience managing product life cycles end to end

·        Ability to self-manage to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement appropriate courses of action.

·        Excellent verbal and written skills, highly proficient with MS Office, Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools).

·        Experience performing the role of Product Owner or Business Analyst within an agile software-focused organization a strong plus

·        Experience with one or more subscription management platforms is a plus such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Stripe. Chargebee, Zoho subscriptions, Chargify, SaaSOptics. Sage Intacct, Braintree, Recurly, Zuora, Aria, Vindicia, or others


What you will be doing:

·        Responsible for managing and improving the customer portal and customer related systems (mobile, desktop, channel workflows, chat, knowledge management, reporting/analytics, etc.) and helping the development team provide excellent service to our market

·        Collaborate with the product manager to set a clear product vision and communicate it effectively to the development team and key stakeholders. 

·        Represent the customer’s point of view, finding ways to create a frictionless experience.

·        Documenting technical story details after reviewing the work that needs to be completed with development teams.

·        Acting as point-person for system capabilities, technical questions from the product, or business team and functional questions from the technical teams.

·        Collaborate with UX to develop mockups and navigational flows. Create functional user stories and build out technical requirements.
