Field Services Specialist


Are you a Field Services Specialist with strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, while interfacing directly with customers on a day-to-day basis?

Serving as a Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with operations, IT, and facilities leaders at customer sites to resolve platform issues that arise from time-to-time, while partnering with team members to coordinate adjustments and provide a seamless support experience to the customer between remote and onsite activities. You will also be responsible for engaging with administrators and end-users, where possible, to generate feedback on the platform and verbatims to leverage in marketing activities.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work for one of the country's most unique and fast-growing IOT companies and work remotely from home in Nevada (when not onsite with customers)! ·       High school diploma, college degree preferred

·       Experience interfacing and interacting with customers, primarily onsite

·       Experience ensuring platforms are operational by making sure end-users and administrators are comfortable using platforms as well

·       Experience reporting, providing feedback to back to multiple teams and utilizing ticketing systems (such as Zendesk) to resolve issues
